ICPAK Service Charter was launched on Tuesday 9th September 2014 in an event presided over by Cabinet Secretary for National Treasury representative’s Mr. Nimrod Waweru.

The charter defines ICPAK’s service standards and provides information of nature of service, the person responsible, applicable fee if any and the expectation from stakeholders and customers.
