11th Annual Members Meeting (AMM) for Mt Kenya - Branch

Notice is hereby given that the 11th Annual Members Meeting (AMM) for Mt Kenya – Branch will be held on Friday 17th September 2021.
The positions declared vacant in the Mt. Kenya Branch Executive Committee are due for nomination. Interested members are requested to send duly filled nomination forms to branches@icpak.com by close of business on Friday 3rd September 2021. The nomination form is attached herewith
The event is free and members in attendance shall be awarded 2 CPD Hours.

NOTE:

1. Only members in good standing with respect to paid up subscriptions, CPD requirement and with no pending disciplinary cases will be cleared to vie for the above positions.
2. Only members registered with the branch 30 days to the AMM will be eligible to vie and/or vote for the positions above.
3. Voting shall be done online as per the voters’ register drawn from members in (2) above.
4. Please note the following key dates as appertains the branch elections:

1. 1. Submission of nomination forms: 3^rd September 2021
   2. Clearing of candidates: 6^th September 2021
   3. Campaign period: 7^th – 14^th September 2021 midnight.
   4. Sending Tokens 13^th September 2021.
   5. Voting/Election Period 15^th – 17^th September noon)
   6. Tallying and Announcement on the AMM on 17th September 2021.
