1.0 Over View
Relationships are at the heart of every positive human experience. Ask the successful CEOs of major corporations, entrepreneurs, top salespeople, and pastors what character is most needed for success in leadership positions, and they’ll tell you-it’s the ability to work with people.
Some people are born with great relationship skills, but those who are not can learn to improve them. The most sophisticated leaders and salespeople will pick up on skills that will make them even better, and relational novices will learn skills that can transform them into relational dynamos.
John C. Maxwell, a master communicator and relational expert, makes learning about relationships accessible to everyone. In this video ‘Winning with People’, he has translated decades of experience into 25 People Principles that anyone can learn, according to the questions we must ask ourselves if we want to win with people

5.0 Continuous Professional Development Units – 2
Members of ICPAK and other reciprocating professional bodies will earn 2 CPD points upon successfully attending the Video Session
6.0 National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) Reimbursement
The Institute is registered as a trainer with National Industrial Training Authority. The Institute’s registration number is DIT/TRN/47. Participants who are registered levy contributors should apply to NITA for reimbursement of their fees. Please note that this is applicable for Kenyan citizens only and subject to NITA regulations. Remember that to qualify you should apply to NITA for approval prior to the date of the conference. Further details can be obtained from their website (www.nita.go.ke).
