Overview
Multinational enterprises (MNEs) participating in related party cross border transactions need to understand the complexities of transfer pricing and customs issues, as well as the implications and the interactions of the different customs valuation approaches and transfer pricing methodologies. On the other hand, issues relating to Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) initiative continue to develop and change the tax and transfer pricing landscape across the globe. It is thus imperative that a proper understanding of Transfer pricing is at hand. It is with this backdrop that ICPAK has organized a two days’ workshop to delve deeper into transfer pricing issues.
