OVERVIEW

In many organizations, particularly in the finance function, change has become the new norm. We don’t have a complete vision of what the finance function of the future will look like because of its rapid evolution. Several studies on the Future of Finance have been done to provide insight into this process of change and to develop a picture of the finance function of the future. We can provide finance professionals with the skills, mindset, and competencies they need to manage their organizations and remain relevant by analyzing the disruption that organizations confront today.

Management accountants play a crucial part in the company’s overall growth and performance. They must comment on and look beyond numbers, as well as predict, foresee, and prevent organizations from deviating from their primary goals. Management Accountants are required to provide a detailed report with commentary on figures that helps the managers with the financial information needed to make short-term decisions related to production, operation, and investment. Creating budgets is a huge part of this role – you’ll be responsible for tracking internal costs, as well as driving efficiency and value for money throughout the organization. Creating budgets is a critical component of this role; which requires one to be in charge of keeping track of internal costs and driving efficiency and value for money throughout the business.

Strategy formulation and implementation are also critical to an organization’s survival and overall success. This necessitates a deep understanding of the business goal, the values with which it is associated, the formulation of leading key performance indicators, and a sense of accountability. National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) Reimbursement:

The Institute is registered as a trainer with National Industrial Training Authority. The Institute’s registration number is DIT/TRN/47. Participants who are registered levy contributors should apply to NITA for reimbursement of their fees. Please note that this is applicable for Kenyan citizens only and subject to NITA regulations.
