OVERVIEW
Women have proven to be powerful agents of change even though they remain underrepresented in certain spheres. Presently, far reaching benefits of gender parity and diversity in decision making and leadership are increasingly being recognized across board. Women who lead and make decisions at different levels are essential to the advancement of inclusivity, effective representation, and accommodation of divergent views.
The stage has been set for women to expand their sphere of influence, offer value in the boards they serve, act as role models, and have a mind shift by challenging the status quo. The contemporary woman strives to live a happy life through adopting work-life integration which has also seen her steadily achieve career growth. With the right environment, support and equity in different facets, the contemporary woman is destined to achieve so much more even when placed in charge of big assignments. It is in this recognition that ICPAK has organized the 6th Annual Lady Accountants Conference to delve into areas meant to empower women at home and at the workplace. TARGET AUDIENCE
The training will be beneficial to Lady Accountants, women in leadership positions and those aspiring to join leadership positions.
CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNITS (CPD UNITS):
Members of ICPAK and reciprocating professional bodies will be awarded 20 Structured CPD Units upon successfully completion of the Conference.
FINANCIAL COMMITMENT
The Conference charges are Kshs. 59,000. Charges will cater for online video access fees, learning materials, and e-certificates of attendance.

NATIONAL INDUSTRIAL TRAINING AUTHORITY (NITA) REIMBURSEMENT
The Institute is registered as a trainer with National Industrial Training Authority. The Institute’s registration number is DIT/TRN/47. Participants who are registered levy contributors should apply to NITA for reimbursement of their fees. Please note that this is applicable for Kenyan citizens only and subject to NITA regulations.
