OVERVIEW
Women have proven to be powerful agents of change even though they remain underrepresented in certain spheres. Presently, far reaching benefits of gender parity and diversity in decision making and leadership are increasingly being recognized across board. Women who lead and make decisions at different levels are essential to the advancement of inclusivity, effective representation, and accommodation of divergent views.
The stage has been set for women to expand their sphere of influence, offer value in the boards they serve, act as role models, and have a mind shift by challenging the status quo. The contemporary woman strives to live a happy life through adopting work-life integration which has also seen her steadily achieve career growth. NATIONAL INDUSTRIAL TRAINING AUTHORITY (NITA) REIMBURSEMENT
The Institute is registered as a trainer with National Industrial Training Authority. The Institute’s registration number is DIT/TRN/47. Participants who are registered levy contributors should apply to NITA for reimbursement of their fees. Please note that this is applicable for Kenyan citizens only and subject to NITA regulations.
