THE 13TH NYANZA BRANCH ANNUAL MEMBERS MEETING AND BRANCH ELECTIONS - Virtual option

Notice is hereby given that the 13^th Annual Members Meeting (AMM) for Nyanza – Branch will be held on Friday 12^th May 2023 from 02:00pm to 05:30pm in Kisumu. Kindly confirm your attendance by booking online under special events category. The event is free and members in attendance shall be awarded 2 CPD Hours.

The positions declared vacant are due for nomination and the nomination forms can be downloaded from the link below. Send your nomination forms to branches@icpak.com by close of business on 28^th April 2023.

NOTE:

1. Only members in good standing with respect to paid-up subscriptions, CPD requirement and with no pending disciplinary cases will be cleared to vie for the above positions.
2. Only members registered with the branch 30 days to the AMM will be eligible to vie and/or vote for the positions above.
3. Voting shall be done online as per the voters’ register drawn from members in (2) above.
4. Please note the following key dates as appertains the branch elections:
   1. Submission of nomination forms: 28^th April 2023
   2. Clearing of candidates: 2^nd May 2023
   3. Campaign period: 2^nd – 9^th May 2023 midnight
   4. Sending Tokens 8^th May 2023
   5. Voting/Election Period (10^th – 12^th May noon)
   6. Tallying and Announcement on the AMM on 12^th May 2023
