OVERVIEW
What does safe return to work look like going forward? What role does the professional have to play to ensure a safe return to the workplace? The last one year has been a study in remote working, employee creativity and innovativeness, aptly dubbed as the ‘new normal’. To make the ‘new normal’ the norm in the future, those creative and innovative ideas will need to be adopted. Organizations will need to make significant changes around health, safety, organizational culture, office space and technology in the workplace. How an organization will move on and function in this new environment depends on many factors. Professionals may not be able to control all those factors, but they can embrace critical aspects to fast-track strategy and operating procedures for both the short and long term.
Taking into account the fact that work may never be the same again after COVID-19, this webinar explores how professionals provide the expertise, services and solutions to help organizations get back to workplaces. The following are the strategic themes that will be covered:
- Safety first: Critical occupational safety and health protocols for safe return to work.
- Policies and organizational culture: Policies and culture to be adjusted to be more empathetic and sensitive with emphasize on mental health.
- Office space: Rethink real estate facilities including space needed and design.
- Change management: Design and lead change management strategy.
- Technology: Adapt and entrench use of technology.
