Overview
The critical role that accountants play in the financial management of organizations cannot be overlooked as it feeds into all sectors of the economy. Many organizations entrust their financial health to Accountants and accounting related roles owing to the technical skills needed to perform such roles. With such a responsibility bestowed upon Accountants, there is a need for continuous empowerment, capacity enhancement with appropriate skills and technical knowledge to aid the professionals in producing reliable and value adding financial information.
The modern-day Accountant needs to evolve from a traditional bean counter to an advisor and reliable partner for organizations on matters strategy. Technological advancements and unique evolving needs of organizations have turned this role to be more demanding with different facets emerging where accountants can choose to specialize in. Associate Members of ICPAK.
CPD Units:
Associate Members who attend the training in full will earn 10 Structured CPD Units.
Financial Commitment:
The Training is free of charge for ICPAK Associate Members.
National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) Reimbursement
The Institute is registered as a trainer with National Industrial Training Authority (formerly Department of Industrial Training -DIT). The Institute’s registration number is DIT/TRN/47. Participants who are registered levy contributors should apply to NITA for reimbursement of their fees. Please note that this is applicable for Kenyan citizens only and subject to NITA regulations.
