OVERVIEW:
The last couple of months has been very challenging for organizations to operate optimally as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Some organizations have had to close down or significantly reduce their operations while others have had to quickly adapt to new ways of working and embrace emerging technologies and concepts in a very short time. In this webinar we will tackle how can organizations position themselves on a recovery path to ensure that they are able to deliver to their customers now and in the near future emerging stronger after COVID-19 while leveraging technology.
Event Objectives:
The Webinar will focus on four key activities that organizations need to engage in as they navigate the new operating environment they find themselves in by doing the following from a technology lens:-

Adaptation of the Workforce – How organizations can not only create a virtual workforce but effectively enable this digital workforce
Revise approach to internal functions – How organizations can leverage technology and data as Primary enablers
Enhance Operating Model – The emerging technologies that organizations should adopt going forward
