About the Seminar
The hallmarks of a profession lie in restricted entry, specialization, expected code of behavior continual learning and safeguarding public interest. Members of a profession such as accountancy work in most sectors of the economy and society providing a critical service that aggregates and communicates the results of enterprises and organizations both public and private. As such, professionals occupy a revered position and the public relies on their advice and reports firm in faith that objectivity is their cornerstone value. Key concern however is whether the Accountancy value chain has remained steadfast and true to professional ethos and practices both nationally and globally.
It is therefore apt that accountants and business leaders congregate and by way plenary presentations, expert perspectives and panel discussions reflect on their role and develop better approaches in amplifying their role in society for the greater good.

Annual Seminar Charges
The charges for the upcoming 33rd Annual seminar are as provided below:

Installment Payments
Delegates may pay in three consecutive monthly installments of 50%, 30% and 20% in advance using the applicable fees. Applicable fees are dependent on when the first installment is received and full seminar fees must have been paid by end of the booking period, in this case 9th May 2017.

Gala Dinner
A gala dinner has been organized on the 26th May 2017 as from 7.00 pm; this is a premier outdoor networking forum for participants. This year the gala is themed “Afro-fusion” will celebrate the diversity of participants through song, dress and dance.
National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) Reimbursement
The Institute is registered as a trainer with National Industrial Training Authority. The Institute’s registration number is DIT/TRN/47. Participants who are registered levy contributors should apply to NITA for reimbursement of their fees. Please note that this is applicable for Kenyan citizens only and subject to NITA regulations. Remember that to qualify you should apply to NITA for approval prior to the date of the conference. Further details can be obtained from their website (www.nita.go.ke).
