The modern economy is characterised by changing market dynamics and rising cost of operational capital. In addition, the sensitivity of the global economy has risen increasing the unknowns in the global economy. These together with other challenges, like the emerging technology and complex business model, have complicated management of agribusiness. To enables managers, deal with these complexities, the Institute of Certified Public accountant of Kenya (ICPAK) has organised a 3-day seminar on Financial Management and reporting for the agricultural sector.  The seminar is aimed at broadening the insights of those involved in day to day management and prepare them in driving long term success in agribusiness.
