Practitioners are at the heart of the Accounting Profession with their invaluable service and experience especially in the audit field. Considering change as the only constant in the current practicing arena, a practitioner is faced with numerous opportunities and challenges in equal magnitudes. In view of the dynamics in the profession, ICPAK has organized this forum which will bring together the large, medium and small practitioners and other interested parties to reflect on the changes in the accountancy profession over the last one year and discuss how to address the challenges and opportunities facing practicing members and their practices. The Forum will focus on:

- Client Relationship Management in an Audit Practice
- Human Resource Management in Practicing Firms
- Guideline on signing assurance engagements
- Risk Management for Practitioners
Target Audience: The Forum will be useful for Practitioners, Potential Practitioners, those working for or with medium sized practices, private consultants, those in public and private sectors with an interest in practicing.
The forum will be held on Thursday, 14th June to Friday, 15th June 2016 at Best Western Creekside Hotel, Mombasa. Charges are Kshs. 7, 950 and Kshs. 9, 950 for members and non-members respectively. Members in attendance will earn 14 Structured CPD Hours.
