NOTICE OF ADJOURNED ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the continuation of the Annual General Meeting of the INSTITUTE OF CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS OF KENYA which was adjourned on 30^th June 2023 will be held both virtually and physically at Safari Park Hotel, Nairobi on Friday, 29^th September 2023 at 10:00 am to transact the following business:

1. To table the proxies received.
2. To note apologies received and confirm if a quorum is present.
3. To read the notice convening the meeting
4. To present the elected Chairman and Council Member in accordance with the First Schedule, Paragraph 5(1)(b)(iii) of the Accountants Act, No.15 of 2008.
5. To consider Any Other Business (A.O.B) of which due notice was received seven (7) days before the Annual General Meeting held on 30^th June 2023.
