THE 38TH COAST BRANCH ANNUAL MEMBERS MEETING AND BRANCH ELECTIONS

Notice is hereby given that the 38^th Annual Members Meeting (AMM) for Coast – Branch will be held on Monday 22^nd May 2023 as from 02:00pm to 05:00pm at CityBlue Creek side Hotel Mombasa. Kindly confirm your attendance by booking online under special events category. The event is free and members in attendance shall be awarded 2 CPD Hours.

The positions declared vacant are due for nomination and the nomination forms can be downloaded from the link below. Send your nomination forms to branches@icpak.com by close of business Tuesday 2^nd May 2023.

NOTE:

1. Only members in good standing with respect to paid up subscriptions, CPD requirement and with no pending disciplinary cases will be cleared to vie for the above positions.
2. Only members registered with the branch thirty days to the elections will be eligible to vie and /or vote for the positions above during the annual members meeting. To register with the branch, kindly subscribe online at https://www.icpak.com/coast-branch/.
3. Voting shall be done online as per the voters register.
4. Please note the following key dates as appertains the branch elections:
   1. Submission of nomination forms            2^nd May 2023
   2. Clearing of candidates                               8^th May 2023.
   3. Campaign period                                        9^th to 17^th May 2023 midnight.
   4. Sending Tokens                                           16^th May 2023
   5. Voting/Election Period                              18^th to 22^nd May 2023 Noon.
   6. Tallying and Announcement on the AMM on 22^nd May 2023.
