THE 12TH EASTERN ANNUAL MEMBERS MEEETING AND BRANCH ELECTION

Notice is hereby given that the 12^th Annual Members Meeting (AMM) for Eastern – Branch will be held on Friday 5^th May 2023 as from 02:00pm to 05:00 pm at Gelian Hotel, Machakos. Kindly confirm your attendance by booking online under special events category. The event is free and members in attendance shall be awarded 2 CPD Hours.

The positions declared vacant are due for nomination and the nomination forms can be downloaded from the link below. Send your nomination forms to branches@icpak.com by close of business Friday 21^st April 2023.

NOTE:

1. For one to vie for the position of the branch Chairman, one must have been a member of the Institute for not less than three years and must have also served the branch Executive Committee for at least one year.
2. Only members in good standing with respect to paid up subscriptions, CPD requirement and with no pending disciplinary cases will be cleared to vie for the above positions.
3. Only members registered with the branch will be eligible to vie and /or vote for the positions above during the annual members meeting. To register with the branch, kindly subscribe online at https://www.icpak.com/eastern-branch/ The voters register will be closed on Friday 21st April 2023.
4. Voting shall be done online as per the voters register.
5. Please note the following key dates as appertains the branch elections:
   1. Submission of nomination forms: 21^st April 2023
   2. Clearing of candidates: 25^th April 2023
   3. Campaign period: 25^th April – 2^nd May 2023 midnight.
   4. Sending Tokens 2^nd May 2023
   5. Voting/Election Period 3^rd – 5^th May 2023 Noon
   6. Tallying and Announcement on the AMM on 5^th May 2023
