Overview
Stress is a common feeling, we all get when we feel under pressure, overwhelmed, or unable to cope. Not all stress is bad, small amounts can be good for us, and motivate us to achieve goals, but the same can lead to getting out of control which negatively impact on our mood, physical and mental wellbeing, and relationship.
Stress not only affect us at our individual level, but also impact on the work performance, colleagues, friends, and family relations. Professionals often feel pressured to be online even while on vacation or outside the traditional office hours following technology revolution the world perspective. Some professional fields ie Accounting, Finance and Audit Staff who play a major role in our country and the world at large, over time have suffered different types of addictions due to stress and pressure to deliver.
We are living in increased stress because of many shifts in the world. The goal of stress management isn’t to get rid of it completely but make it manageable. To manage stress, first you have to identity the things that cause or trigger. Causes & triggers differ from individual to individual but most of them are common to all.
This training aims to help delegates navigate some of the techniques and habits to manage stress and make you feel better:

- Build in regular exercise
- Eat well by limiting alcohol and stimulants
- Connect with supportive people
- Carve out hobby time
- Practice meditation, stress reduction or Yoga

- Bond with your pet.
