OVERVIEW
There has been increased demand for more disclosures in financial reports both financial and non-financial. Pressure from stakeholders for greater transparency and reporting on performance, financials, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues and climate risk.
The expectations for disclosures have moved beyond the simple making of commitments and a demand for positive societal impact, supported by targets, measurable progress, and a plan for the. Those who are yet to adapt, face penalties as this shift in expectations on corporate reporting becomes a reality.
Entities need enhance their reporting and determine their reporting strategy to understand and respond the changing reporting requirements. Which includes identify the various stakeholders of the reports, what they require to be reported.
It is against this background that the Institute has organized this webinar to look at the corporate reporting trends. Topics to be covered are: –

Participants who are registered levy contributors should apply to NITA for reimbursement of their fees. Please note that this is applicable for Kenyan citizens only and subject to NITA regulations.
