ICPAK continues to play an important role in contributing to the legislative development in Kenya. This is evidenced through our various submissions on Bills emanating from both the National Assembly and the Senate.
To facilitate this engagement, the Institute is hereby requesting for your comments on the Prompt Payment Bill 2020 and the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill, 2020. The Prompt Payment Bill seeks to provide for prompt payment for the supply of goods, works or services to the government whilst the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill, 2020 amends a number of legislations including the Accountants Act.
