Overview
Asset management is vitally important for all capital-intensive industries which rely on cost effective and trouble-free operation of their assets to deliver products and services to their customers. Every organization carries out asset management – the key question is how well is this done? The management of assets and liabilities is critical to the economy of many countries. How we manage them determines the efficiency of companies and how competitive we are in the world market. Much money is spent annually on maintaining and developing the asset base and providing services to improve asset and liabilities management which has become a major competitive market internationally.
Asset and liabilities management has been increasingly recognized as the key to improved investment decision making across all sectors. It is imperative for professionals to develop and present strategic Asset Management Plans aligned with the corporate strategy. NATIONAL INDUSTRIAL TRAINING AUTHORITY (NITA) REIMBURSEMENT
The Institute is registered as a trainer with National Industrial Training Authority. The Institute’s registration number is DIT/TRN/47. Participants who are registered levy contributors should apply to NITA for reimbursement of their fees. Please note that this is applicable for Kenyan citizens only and subject to NITA regulations.
