THE INSTITUTE OF CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS OF KENYA
(established under the Accountant Act, Laws of Kenya)
The 1st Associate Members’ Forum
Theme: Honing Your Competitive Advantage – Shattering that Glass Ceiling
Venue: Hilton Hotel, Nairobi
Date: 5th April 2019
Time: 8.30am to 4.00pm
Preamble
Is something robbing you of your future success? What is your personal competitive advantage? Are you aware of it or does it work for you by default? Who is in competition against you? Do you understand what places you above them, or conversely places them above you? Your skills, knowledge and accomplishments got you where you are today but the same could be holding you back now, and in ways you did not envision.
Both individuals and organizations that will survive in this new world order will be those offering something unique or, at the very least, offering something in a unique way. So how do you get to know your competitive advantage? You certainly do not want to just jumble along without understanding that things are changing. Otherwise you risk becoming irrelevant in the profession.
Come learn how to marshal the energy and focus within you and the people you work with. We will show you why and how to make career turning points that have worked for others in this profession.
