Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is emerging as a cost-effective technique to get work done in Financial Services Institutions (FSIs) and different organizations. With the advent of RPA, executives should reconsider how they manage organizational business processes and support information technology.
RPA software “bots” automate high-volume repeatable tasks within existing processes and enable attention to higher value interactions that build relationships and trust while expanding revenue opportunities.
The CFO forum offers C-Level executives an intimate environment for a focused discussion of key new drivers shaping corporate priorities and finance strategies.
The 8th CFOs Forum is planned to delve on the following subject areas:
- Appetite for automation – Exploring the world of robotics, AI and technology systems in business process improvement, movement of systems to improve real-time decision making and accelerate processes.
- Changing the Game with Data Analytics – Proficiently interrogating financial data to streamline management and prediction of costs, benefits and investments.
