THE 12th MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING CONFERENCE
Theme: The Future of Finance – Towards a New Paradigm Shift
Venue: Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort & Spa, Mombasa

Overview
Change is the new norm in many organisations particularly within the finance function. Due to this rapid evolution, we don’t have a complete picture of what the finance function of the future will look like. Several studies have been conducted on the Future of Finance to deliver insight into this process of change and to create a picture of the finance function of the future. By exploring the disruption that organisations face today we can equip finance professionals with the skills, mindset and competencies they need to lead their organisations and ensure they remain relevant.
The 12th Management Accounting Conference has been organized to equip participants with practical insights on ways to improve business performance through fact-based decision making. Of importance is for Management Accountants to table and communicate reports that guide those charged with governance to play their roles in sustaining institutional long term value – both private, public or otherwise.
