7TH SOUTH RIFT BRANCH ANNUAL MEMBERS MEETING - 10TH FLOOR OF IMARISHA KEBO PLAZA, KERICHO

Dear Members,

Notice is hereby given that the 7^th Annual Members Meeting (AMM) for South-Rift Branch will be held on Friday 25^th January 2019 as from 2:30pm to 5:30pm at the 10th floor of Imarisha Kebo Plaza in Kericho. Kindly confirm your attendance by booking online under special events category. The event is free and members in attendance shall be awarded 2 CPD Hours.

The positions declared vacant are due for nomination. The vacant positions and attendant nomination forms can be downloaded from the link below. Send your nomination forms to branches@icpak.com with a copy to dorcas.gichira@icpak.com by close of business Tuesday 15^th January 2019.

Note:

1. Sub-Section 7.0.4 of the Approved Branch Governance Policy stipulates that for one to vie for the position of the branch Chairman, one must have been a member of the Institute for not less than three years and must have also served the branch Executive Committee for at least one year.
2. Only members in good standing with respect to paid up subscriptions, CPD requirement and with no pending disciplinary cases will be cleared to vie for the above declared vacancies.
3. Only members registered with the branch will be eligible to vie for the positions above or vote. To register with the branch, kindly subscribe online at https://www.icpak.com/south-rift-branch/
4. The branch database shall constitute the Voters Register. Voting for the vacant positions will be done online by members who would have registered to the South-Rift branch by 18^th of January 2019.
