- Preview
Innovation and disruptive changes are becoming the new normal in most organizations. The third and fourth industrial revolution are challenging governments and organisations to keep pace with the exponential growth in technological innovations and fast-evolving external framework. This obviously calls for an adaptation of the Internal Audit profession to the new normal; to adapt, transform and proactively seek opportunities to support the transformation. Internal auditors also need to outline those strategies, tools and approaches deemed most effective for the delivery of value-added results and assurance.
At this conference, participants will look at several changes, actual and potential, that are currently affecting the profession, whilst taking stock of key considerations for implementation. The sessions will raise awareness amongst the industry, delve into timely issues impacting the profession, its effect on performance and provide a pointer of the latest advancements in the field.
Thematic Areas:
- Cyber Resilience – Building a Comprehensive Cybersecurity Plan
- Achieving Greater Efficiencies and Performance in Internal Audit through Data Analytics
